Object-centred reconstruction.

Most tools hand you a point cloud and leave the modelling to you. We treat reconstruction as parametrisation plus learned connectivity — so the output is a clean, BIM-ready model, not raw geometry.

The pipeline

  1. 1

    Scan

A point cloud from our robot platform, a phone, or your own LiDAR — registered and cleaned.

  2. 2

    AI extraction

Object-centred AI describes each element as a parameter vector and predicts how elements connect.

  3. 3

    Constraint solver

A solver enforces physically valid relationships — contact, identity and symmetry — across the whole assembly.

  4. 4

    BIM export

The parametric model exports to IFC for Revit, Archicad and downstream planning.

Why it's different

Parametric, not mesh

Output is semantic objects with real dimensions and connectivity — not a noisy mesh you still have to model.

Hard precision guarantees

Constraint solving keeps parallel beams parallel and symmetric structures symmetric, regardless of scan noise.

Generalises by design

The framework is element-centric, so it extends beyond timber to walls, floors, steel and more.
